So far, Bats! is probably my favorite episode of Season 4. I think I also consider it a favorite over any of the Season 3 episodes, too.
Even before Flutterbat showed up, I was really enjoying the episode. It had a lot of good moments and I laughed a lot. Flutterfangs just pushed it over the top.
I am totally okay with Vampershy returning in the future.
