Didn't anypony else find that part of the ceremony weird? I thought it was weird. It should have been "mare and stallion", right?

Foal - a young horse not yet one year of age.
Filly - a young female horse.
Colt - a young male horse of not more than four years of age.
Mare - a fully mature female horse.
Stallion - an adult male horse.
(Edit: This is just via a dictionary. For the show's usage, just filly/colt for young ponies and mare/stallion for decidedly older ponies is probably closer. If she had said "filly and colt" I probably wouldn't have thought twice about it. It just seemed weird when it mixed the age groups for that particular phrase.)

Just another quick comic I wanted to get out of my head before I go out of town for a week. Honestly, I could probably do royal wedding comics all summer and not run out of material, but I have to draw the line somewhere, right?
